Bhuird

The eastern Cairngorms showing the glaciated corries of Beinn a'Bhuird (1196 metres), with the granite tor of A'Chioch centre left, and the plateau of Ben A'an, or Ben Avon, on the right. At the bottom are the grouse moors above Glen Slugain and the remains of the Caledonian Scots pine forest, Pinus sylvestris.
Viewed from Craig Choinnich looking north west.
These stitched panoramics are made from, typically, 6 - 10 vertical images and joined using the software Stitcher Express. The resulting files are big, around 250mb, giving images that could be printed several feet wide and still remain sharp and detailed.

Location: Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
